April 27-28: 2,500 more … but what about Spring?

28 Apr

This morning’s 1,000 made foul shots were brought to you by whoever invented these wonderful finger socks …

… without which I would have lasted about 15 minutes. Not that there was ever any real doubt about this, but I never would have made it as a soldier. Drop the temperature down a few degrees, and I’m looking for my Snuggie and a nice cup of Cocoa.

So anyway … with those very gloves keeping my hand-piggies nice and toasty, I spent a little over an hour and 25 minutes this morning. All told, with today’s 1,000 added to yesterday’s 1,500 added to the total from the first 167 days, we just crossed the 24 percent mark, at 240,007 down, 759,993 to go to 1 million made foul shots.

See you next week, Mr. Quarterofthewaythere!
